One use I’ve found to be top of mind for HR is employee on/off boarding (aka account setup) due to the disparate systems people use within an organization. A lot of them are dependent on the basic network access but there are always different SaaS or one-off systems they still need access to (or to be removed from when leaving).
What is key is how you provide the integrations for a conversational agent to do this work and usher the manager/HR person through the process in the unlikely need of human intervention.
