The 2d graph of your roadmap is intriguing. I wonder what the other dimension could be if one is time (now, next, later).

Taking some thinking from Assumption Mapping we could include importance and unknown-ness.

Time and uncertainty should go hand-in-hand so I'm not sure that is a good dimension.

Anyways, giving me a lot to think about in other ways to show a roadmap for alignment purposes...
